2024 Annual Calendar
The Plainfield Historical Society Annual Calendar is our premier publication. It is composed of photographs from our photographic archive. Each month has a full page historical photo accompanied by detailed descriptive text. With the front and back cover photos, there are 14 images of Plainfield's history.
The calendars are printed on heavy duty paper suitable for hanging. When opened, it measures 11" wide by 17" long. Supported by ads from local businesses, this is a true glimpse into Plainfield's past. See images from past calendars by clicking on an image in the left column of this page.

Pictorial History of Plainfield
"The Town of Plainfield, VT: A Pictorial History 1870-1940" is a generously illustrated history of Plainfield. Including thoroughly researched text, it has chapters focusing on the village, business, religion, schools, transportation, disasters and more.
With 143 pages, the book measures 8.5" by 11". It is available in both hardcover and softcover editions.
